Brian Kotek has created great new CFC Stub Generator which includes CFUnit support. Brian did a great job with this tool.

He also put together a great presentation. The presentation is a good example of how to use UML, CFML, unit testing, ANT together. So its worth watching even if you don't intend to use his stub generator.
