Here is another great book which I would like to share with everyone: Smart and Gets things done

This book is awesome for any manager looking to hire good talent. It's written by the legendary Joel Spolsk, host of the popular Joel on Software. Joel's writing style is so smooth and easy to read that it only took me a few sittings to read this rather short book. But from cover to cover, this book is packed full of helpful information. The way Joel illustrates things is great, and I fully plan on quoting him in future meetings when trying to explain to others how to recruit good talent or to illustrate why it can sometime be so hard to find that good talent.
